The portfolio consists of 13 properties with 319 residential units and 42 garages and parking spaces.
The vacancy rate was reduced from approx. 11% to approx. 5% within a year.
Furthermore, rents of 6.40 e/m2 were achieved for new lettings. A stable cash flow and short-term new lettings speak for the portfolio. Through active asset and property management and a local presence, the assets offer further opportunities for value growth.
